Cargo carts

The truck of production of LLC OZPTU is a special device that has no analogs and is capable to provide effective movement of freights from 5 to 100 t.

The frame of the cart has a rigid structure on which is located:

• Lifting mechanism;
• Movement mechanism;
• Security mechanisms. 

Security mechanisms:

Load limiter;

• The capacity limiter will ensure the correct operation of the truck, and will not allow operation with a weight exceeding the nominal by more than 1

Lift / lower limit switch;

• The lift / lower limit switch will ensure that the power supply is switched off within the maximum permitted lift / lower range.

Trolley limit switch.

• Limit switches ensure that the crane switches to a reduced speed in the dead-end zone, which makes it possible to ensure safer operation of the crane with the load in the extreme zones.

The design of the cart is designed so that it can be used for both double-girder and single-girder cranes.

Cranes with a two-beam design can use the cart to move both on the top, and on the lower belts. A low-speed shaft is used to move the cart.

Cranes with single-girder axles use trolleys that are made with side or reverse guide rollers. These structures keep the trolley from tipping over.
