For one of the largest metal rolling manufacturers in Ukraine, the company LLC “OZPTU” has successfully installed two new innovative supporting crane beams with improved technical characteristics, made on the basis of components of European brands. This will allow increasing the efficiency of the production process, as well as ensuring high reliability and long-lasting operation of our equipment.
Main technical specifications of the cranes:

Mechanical Part
Thanks to the machining of parts on modern CNC machines, a high accuracy of parts and absolute repeatability in the manufacture of identical elements are achieved.
In the process of manufacturing cranes, modern technologies are used, which allow increasing the lifting height, as well as optimizing the working area.
The equipment includes a hoist with a reduced construction height of our own production LLC “OZPTU”. Thanks to the special design of the hoist, the maximum lifting height of the cargo is increased. The lifting mechanism is designed using advanced technologies and guarantees safe operation.
Electrical Equipment The delivery set includes:
- “Schneider Electric” electrical box – protects electrical equipment from external factors;
- “Danfoss” frequency converters – providing smooth acceleration and deceleration for all mechanisms, prevent dynamic shocks on the elements of flat cylindrical motor-reducers;
- “Schneider Electric” phase control relay – a protection element that monitors the characteristics of the power supply network, prevents damage to the crane’s electrical equipment;
- “Schneider Electric” magnetic starter equipment – guarantees reliable operation throughout the entire period of operation.
