Three modern bridge single-girder cranes manufactured by LLC “OZPTU” have taken one of the largest profiled sheeting manufacturers in Ukraine.
At the Alexandria Factory Lifting and Transport Equipment, two single- girder bridge cranes of the support type with a load capacity of 8 and one single- girder bridge crane of the support type with a load capacity of 5 tons were manufactured. Cranes will ensure production processes during the production of corrugated board .
Specialists of “OZPTU” LLC designed, manufactured and delivered three single-beam support cranes for the production of corrugated board . The cranes are equipped with frequency converters manufactured by Danfoss Denmark and magnetic starting equipment manufactured by Schneider Electric France.

Complete set of cranes:
- electric rope hoist with reduced construction height manufactured by OZPTU LLC with a flat cylindrical lifting motor-reducer manufactured by NRW Germany;
- a flat cylindrical motor-reducer for moving the crane and an electric hoist manufactured by Bauer Germany;
- electrical equipment manufactured by Schneider Electric France;
- power line to the hoist Festoon -type rigid profile with flat cable TKD Germany;
- crane bridge box girder welded structure;
- frequency control of the drive of lifting lowering;
- movement of the hoist and crane;
- limit switch of the movement of the hoist of the upper and lower position of the hook, limit switch of the movement of the crane;

All faucets meet the standards and requirements of EN 15011:2020, EN 60204-32:2008, EN 55011:2016/ A 11:2020 related that CE Directive (s):2006/42/ EC ( Machinery Directive ) 2014/30/EC ( Electromagnetic Compatibility ) which is confirmed by the CE and EAS certificate.
At the moment, the cranes have already been put into operation, all the technical documentation for the supplied equipment has been handed over to the customer, dynamic and static tests have been carried out, as well as personnel training in the correct operation of the new cranes.
The cranes were manufactured and shipped within the period agreed with the customer, the products are subject to a warranty period of 18 months from the date of commissioning, but no more than 24 months from the date of delivery, subject to compliance with the rules of storage and proper operation of the equipment.
